Returns & Exchanges

Polène accepts returns of items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note that items must be unworn and include all original protective films and tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring it is securely packed in the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Control and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and approves the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
